CrossFit Group Classes

Our CrossFit classes combine strength training, conditioning, and functional movement in a coached group setting. You’ll follow a structured program, receive hands-on coaching every class, and train alongside others who push you to show up and work hard.

Hyrox Group Classes

Our Hyrox classes focus on endurance, strength, and engine-building with workouts designed specifically for hybrid racing and general conditioning. You’ll train with a group, follow a clear progression, and build the capacity to perform at a high level.

Running Club

Running Club is designed to improve aerobic fitness, pacing, and durability. Whether you’re new to running or looking to sharpen your conditioning, these sessions provide structure, coaching, and accountability without going it alone.

Committed Club

The Committed Club rewards consistency and long-term effort. Members earn perks by training regularly, attending goal reviews, and staying engaged, creating extra motivation to stick with the habits that drive real results.

Goal Review Sessions

Goal review sessions help you stay focused and on track. You’ll sit down with a coach to assess progress, adjust training, and make sure your workouts align with what you want to achieve.

Ice Bath Recovery Area

Our ice bath recovery area supports faster recovery and better performance. Cold exposure helps reduce soreness, manage stress, and keep you training consistently week after week.
